Galleries: Rwanda Safari Gallery

  It was a rare pleasure to spend four hours over four days with these magnificent animals. Under the guidance of Joe and Mary Ann McDonald, five photographers made the jouney to this beautiful land.

Rwanda is perhaps the cleanest country in all of Africa. Despite its horrific past and the genocide it spawned, Rwanda today is a country on the rise. People have not forgotten the past and are using it to secure a safe and prosperous future under a innovative government and President that is an anomaly for Africa. Rwanda is certainly much more than I expected. Serious travelers would do well to consider a visit to this beautiful country and its friendly people.
